NH HOTEL Group: new MICE experience

NH Hotel Group has redesigned the experience proposal in the meetings and corporate events sector of its establishments. The Company has promoted the digitalization of its services, to promote social distancing and ensure hygiene and safety in spaces intended for the MICE segment (Meetings, Incentives, Congresses and Exhibitions).

The company has developed a plan of measures for the events and meetings sector taking into account the responses of more than 1,000 experts in this segment, in addition to the recommendations of the World Health Organization, and local authorities.

NH Hotel Group has incorporated a series of technological innovations to facilitate the virtual planning of events. In this way, the customer can take a virtual tour of the spaces of the establishments, choose the layout of the event and view it from their own electronic devices, in addition to receiving personalized advice.

Regarding the food and beverage area, the gastronomic offer plays an important role in the new changes: menus with individual packaged portions and protocols adapted to provide these services, with special attention to the organization of tables while respecting social distancing measures.

Hygiene protocols

New hygiene and safety protocols have also been introduced. Meeting and break rooms are disinfected after each event and during breaks.

In turn, all materials used at events, such as books and pens, are disinfected before entering the hotel and are delivered to users individually packaged. In addition, there will be hand sanitizer dispensers at every entrance and exit of the meeting rooms

To avoid congestion in common areas, the arrival and departure of large groups will be pre-programmed.
