By the way, there may be a situation where the objective of the trip is not achieved. In this case, the employer requires the worker to submit an “explanatory note” stating the reasons why the task could not be performed.   • If the purpose of the trip is broad and consists of several tasks, it is also important to list the individual tasks of the trip, the completion of which must also be confirmed.
